UB Student/Chickering Discount Dental Program

Are you enrolled in the UB Student Medical Insurance Plan? If so, Chickering and UB have arranged a Discount Dental Program for you and your eligible dependents!

You will pay just $35 for each appointment (one every six months) for the following services!

• Cleaning (prophylaxis), including routine scaling and polishing
• Oral Examination
• Bitewing x-rays (if necessary)
• Treatment Plan (if necessary)

In addition, you will also be eligible for dental care from the School of Dental Medicine at our already reduced fees. Comprehensive services include but are not limited to:

• Tooth Whitening
• Fillings
• Mouth Guards
• Extractions, including Wisdom Teeth Removal
• Root Canals
• Crowns
• Bridges
• Dentures
• Implants
• Veneers
• Braces*

* The orthodontic department offers screening at various times of the year. For acceptance into their clinics, you may contact them directly for additional information at (716) 829-2845
