Application Procedure

To be eligible for the General Practice Residency an applicant must have completed a course of study in a CODA recognized dental school and obtained a D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree. Applicants must have either a New York State license, or be eligible for a Limited Permit (requires successful completion of the National Boards Parts I & II) to practice dentistry. After residents are selected, assistance will be given to complete the application process for a Limited Permit in time for the start of the program.

Completed applications should be received by December 31, 2004. Applicants are encouraged to visit clinics and talk with current GPRs and attending/faculty.
